This web site is short, and text intensive, for a very good reason. So you can fix the
crucial operational parameters in your mind quickly and memorably, never to be
forgotten. If it were a long treatise it would be just like many other business books
or courses. Loads of good content (you know the sort of thing, 400 page manual, 3 days
of seminar video), but how do you actually get your mind round it, how do you remember
where to look for it, where is it filed? How can you refer to it if you're out of the
office? How do you remember how to apply it day by day? Here, less is more. What you
are paying for is the succinctness, the strategy agenda, the overview, the crucial
